Steel Pans Camps - NEW Options for 2025!

Learn to play the Steel Pans from Trinidad & Tobago! No experience necessary! All Ages!

Do you love that sweet sound of Caribbean music? Of course you do! This is your chance to learn to play the Steel Pans and have the time of your life! Anyone can do it. 

No experience in music is necessary—you don't even need to know how to read music! We'll show you everything you need to know, and you'll be able to play your first song on the first night!

NEW FOR 2025! Two Schedules

#1 - Steel Pans Just for Rising 7th - 12th Graders

• This Camp meets four times: daily from Monday, June 9 through Thursday, June 12, from 1:00 - 3:30 PM. 
• The Camp Concert will be in the evening on Thursday, June 12, and is open to the public. More details will be announced before the Camp.
• This Camp is for students who want to participate with kids their age or cannot attend the evening "All Ages" Camp sessions. 
• If not enough participants register, you will have the option of participating in the "All Ages" Camp sessions in the evenings or receiving a refund. 

#2 - Steel Pans for All Ages Schedule

• This Camp meets four times: first, on Sunday, June 8, from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m.; then, daily from June 9 - 11, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. 
• The Camp Concert will be in the evening on Thursday, June 12, and is open to the public. More details will be announced before the Camp.

Depending on your age, consider one of our other camps. We have morning and afternoon camps as well! 

FEE: $80 ea

What Does It Include?

The fee covers the costs of the Camp. Campers receive instruction, materials, and a Camp T-shirt to wear at the Camp Concert, which is theirs to keep. 

All fees are due by June 1, 2025. 

A $10 late charge will be applied to all registrations and balances received after June 1, 2025. 

REFUNDS:

If a refund is requested by June 1, 2025, minus a $2.00 / camper Administration Fee will be granted. No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2025. Please call 540-692-3860 or e-mail director@fauquiermusic.net immediately if you wish to cancel. (Email is preferred.)

A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks.
