You can spend the entire day at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Enter when the park opens and leave when it closes. The admission ticket includes park entry, one meal, and a charter bus seat.

$165 - Cost Per Person (Based on 35 Minimum Participants - Max of 55, the price will decrease with every participant over 35!)
This price includes an admissions ticket with one meal voucher and a charter bus seat.
Schedule
6:30 AM - Arrival
6:45 AM - Departure
10:00 AM - Park Opens
8:00 PM - Park Closes; Depart for FHS
11:00 PM - Return to FHS
Chaperones are needed! All Chaperones must have "Level 1" Chaperone Status.
Payment Installments—When you register, you sign up for installment payments. When the installments end in March, we will know exactly how many people will participate to calculate the final payment amount.

Monthly Payment Option
A non-refundable deposit of $25. You will be invoiced for five more monthly payments of $25 each, with a 6th payment of the exact amount due in April 2025.

Some folks want to pay the total price now. The problem is we don't know the exact amount right now. It will change based on the total number of participants. This allows you to pay almost all of your trip fees now, and the balance will be due in April 2025.

Cash/Check Payment Option
A nonrefundable deposit of $25 is required. After registering, pay in the Band/Choir Room. Make checks payable to "FMO." You will be invoiced for five more monthly payments of $25 each, with a sixth payment of the exact amount due in April 2025.
